Hanna Llewellyn-Waters, leading junior together with junior Counsel, Corinne Bramwell prosecuted James Safo, a high profile business man in Croydon. He was convicted following a six-week trial, and sentenced to 15 years imprisonment for a campaign of rape on a vulnerable female employee.

Their client was charged following a surveillance operation regarding an alleged supply of firearms in London. The court of appeal agreed that the conviction was unsafe leading to the clients nine year prison sentence being overturned which saw his immediate release.

Hanna Llewellyn-Waters, leading junior successfully prosecuted two defendants: Mr and Mrs G. Mrs G was convicted of child cruelty. Mr G was convicted of multiple counts of sexual abuse of a young child including unlawful sexual intercourse with an 8 year old. The case involved vulnerable witnesses. Mr G was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment.

Hanna Llewellyn-Waters, leading junior, successfully prosecuted two cousins at Wood Green Crown Court for an attack at Deptford rail station which left a man in a coma. The defendants were found guilty of causing grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent. They have been jailed for a total of 17 years
