Chengetai Mupara, instructed under the Public Access Scheme, has been successful in representing a nurse before the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
The client received a caution for child abduction. The DBS were minded to ban the client from working with children and vulnerable adults.
Chengetai successfully argued that it would be inappropriate and disproportionate, in all the circumstances of the case, to ban her.
