IMMIGRATION
An experienced team of barristers advise and appear for clients in all aspects of immigration law: asylum and international protection; British nationality; children; deportation detention; deportation; entry clearance; EU Free Movement; family immigration and human rights; immigration appeals; points-based system applications; settlement; trafficking; urgent injunctions and removals; and visit visas.
Our barristers advise and appear before the First-Tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber), the Administrative Court, Court of Appeal and the United Kingdom Supreme Court. We are frequently instructed in Judicial Review applications made to the Upper Tribunal and High Court and in the Court of Appeal, in cases of unlawful detention, certification under the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 s.94 and s.96, refusal to accept a fresh claim under the Immigration Rules paragraph 353, and decisions to remove pending EEA appeals.
Members advise clients on business and personal immigration matters and many of the immigration barristers are public access qualified.
We operate under fixed fee systems, which can be found on our rates page.
