Chengetai Mupara is successful in a human rights appeal by a Zimbabwean national. The Judge accepted Chengetai’s submission that the client’s severe skin condition combined with a collapsed health system in Zimbabwe along with the coronavirus pandemic amounted to very significant obstacles to reintegration. He found that the client satisfied para 276ADE (1)(vi) of the Immigration Rules.
