Chengetai Mupara, instructed by Primerose Chiguri of IPS Legal, has been successful in stopping the deportation of a Zimbabwean national by a charter flight set to leave the UK today, 21 July 2021.
Chengetai argued that the client faces a real risk of persecution on return on account of his political opinion. The Home Office removed the client from the deportation flight.
