Harry Piercy instructed by Cotisens Solicitors, secures an acquittal at Stratford Magistrates Court for his client charged with firearm offences.
Harry’s client was one of 4 Defendant’s charged with possession of an imitation firearm in a public place. All four Defendants were found in a vehicle containing an BB gun, resembling a Glock style handgun.
During the course of the trial, Harry made detailed submissions on the law of joint possession and the sufficiency of the evidence adduced by the prosecution. His submissions were adopted by all three Co-Defendants.
At the conclusion of the trial the District Judge found all 4 Defendant’s not guilty.
