Kevin Metzger and Faisal Saifee, instructed by Stuart Miller solicitors, successfully mitigated for a suspended sentence for their client convicted of conspiracy to defraud and cheating the public revenue. Sentencing follows a ten week trial at Southwark Crown Court that generated over 60,000 pages of served evidence. Kevin had been instructed on this case since 2014.
