Michelle Terry instructed by the CPS, successfully prosecuted a man charged with witness intimdation relating to the possession of a firearm. Guilty verdicts were recorded after a 3 day contested trial at Canterbury Crown Court.
The victim was known to the defendant and was vulnerable, suffering from depression and anxiety. The defendant was sentenced to a total of 18 months custody.
