Ania Grudzinska has been successful in challenging a European Arrest Warrant from Poland, seeking her client’s extradition to serve a sentence for driving whilst disqualified in 2015.
The Judge found the Requested Person to be a fugitive, nonetheless, his family life in the UK tipped the balance in favour of discharge. The requested person has a wife and three children who are all settled in the UK.
