Brereton Horne instructed by Piers Desser of Carson Kaye Solicitors, secured the acquittal of his client who faced an indictment containing two counts: Intentional Strangulation; and Section 20 Wounding. Following a four day trial at Isleworth Crown Court, the jury returned a unanimous verdicts of not guilty on each count.
