Chengetai Mupara has been successful in an application for settlement by a Zimbabwean family of three. The clients were refused asylum many years ago. Chengetai was able to argue that the clients had established roots in the UK and that removing them from the UK would amount to a disproportionate interference with article 8. The couple have two children (12 and 9) born in the UK
