David Langwallner has been invited by The University of Middlesex to lecture on whistle-blowing Law and dismissal Law.
David has a significant background in whistle-blowing litigation having represented the whistle-blower in the Irish banking inquiry and has litigated many employment and related intellectual property issues. David has extensive experience of institutional and employment disciplinary processes for misconduct.
The course will address the downsides and consequences of whistle-blowing.
