Kevin Metzger, instructed by Don Solicitors, secured an acquittal for his client on a charge of attempted murder at Wood Green Crown Court.
The defendant had been charged with attempting to murder his girlfriend before trying to commit suicide. The jury were unable to reach a verdict on the alternative of wounding with intent. A retrial on that count will take place in the near future.
