Nargees Choudhury, instructed by Harsha Shah of Hodge Jones & Allen (inc Birds), secured Not Guilty verdicts for her client charged with 5 counts of sexual assault on a child under 13.
The defence was factual denial and the case involved the cross examination of multiple witnesses, legal argument and overcoming the introduction of bad character evidence.
Following a 5-day trial at Kingston Crown Court, Nargees’ client was unanimously acquitted of all counts.
