Nasreen Shah, instructed by Usmani King Solicitors, successfully defended her client accused of three counts of rape of a child under 13 and one count of sexual assault of a child under 13.
The case involved a factually complex narrative and ongoing disclosure during the trial. Nasreen was able to draw out inconsistencies in third party witness accounts and point towards the lack of independent evidence.
The jury returned unanimous verdicts of not guilty.
