Nasreen methodically cross-examined the complainant, establishing several untruths and discrepancies in her account, underpinned by defence evidence.
Nasreen carefully examined, numerous egregious failings in the police investigation, including not securing any CCTV evidence nor speaking to a relevant key witness to the alleged charges.
Following a short deliberation, the jury returned unanimous verdicts of not guilty on all counts.
