Shannon Revel has secured the acquittal of a man following a successful appeal against conviction.
The Defendant had previously been convicted of attempted theft, for which he received a 4 month immediate custodial sentence consecutive to an activated 20 month suspended sentence. Shannon, instructed by Deborah Hogg of Freemans Solicitors, advanced that there was no intention to commit theft.
