Tim Starkey recently successfully prosecuted a multi handed fraud trial in which the first defendant was accused of illegally transferring sums of money from his employer’s accounts to his co-accused.  Despite the first defendant being represented by a top QC he secured convictions in relation to both fraud and money laundering allegations.
