The Crown offers no evidence on five count indictment for Poppy Cleary’s client, instructed by Denise Wilson-Osuide of ITN Solicitors.
The Defendant was alleged to have breached their notification requirements by failing to provide credit card and bank account information to the police two years ago. The Defendant relied on the defence of reasonable excuse and had complied fully in the two years since.
The Crown offered no evidence on all five counts on the indictment on what would have been the first day of trial, after careful liaison between Poppy and the Prosecution as to witnesses required, compliance since, delay and the public interest test.
