Kevin Metzger, instructed by M & N Solicitors, secured a unanimous acquittal for his client, an aspiring music artist, on one count of possession of a firearm following a 7 week trial at Birmingham Crown Court.
The jury were unable to reach a verdict on the remaining count of conspiracy to supply drugs. The prosecution seek a retrial on the drugs charge in February 2022.
