Members of Chambers are available to advise clients on UK law, particularly relating to UK warrants and criminal law. Our expertise extends to drafting pre-charge representations, post-charge representations and advising on arrest warrants and extradition warrants. Barristers can be instructed to make representations to relevant authorities relating to any outstanding warrants and can even travel with clients to provide legal advice and representation upon arrival in the UK.

Barristers can be instructed as counsel in proceedings or as co-counsel with local lawyers in foreign proceedings. We can also be instructed as an expert witnesses to provide evidence on legal issues in other jurisdictions.

Our barristers will become an extension of your own team and, with members of Chambers based in cities worldwide, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Yaoundé, Lagos and Abuja, our Barristers are available to travel to attend meetings, relocate and/or work on a consultancy basis with our clients as and when required. The clerking team are always available 24/7 to discuss any urgent matters and our Senior Clerk regularly travels to explore new opportunities and to meet with clients and their teams.
