Harry represented a serving prisoner charged with ABH against a prison officer and common assault against a second prison officer. Harry’s client argued that they acted in defence of a fellow prisoner who they believed was about to be assaulted.
After a 5-day trial, Harry’s client was acquitted of ABH. The jury were unable to agree on the second count of assaulting an emergency worker.
