Kevin Metzger, instructed by Jane Higham of Glaisyers Solicitors LLP, successfully resisted a prosecution application to adjourn in order to ‘plug holes’ in their case. The trial was listed to start today in Birmingham’s Nightingale Court (Birmingham Library and Repertory Theatre) but not guilty verdicts were entered to one count of Robbery and one count of Fraud.
