Paul’s client was accused of involvement in a large-scale courier fraud. Paul’s client was one of four defendants charged with conspiracy to commit fraud by false representation. The total of the actual and attempted fraud came to £115,730 over the month of January 2020.
After a six-week trial at Inner London Crown Court and the jury deliberating for 5 hours and 19 minutes, Paul’s client was unanimously acquitted.
