Raj Joshi is successful in an appeal against conviction

Raj Joshi, instructed by EBR Attridge, secured a successful appeal against conviction for his client.

Raj argued that the prosecution had failed in their duty of disclosure, ignored due process and the police had not followed proper lines of inquiry.

The crown abandoned the appeal, faced with an abuse of process argument and the client’s 2-year ordeal came to an end.
