Richard Barrett, instructed by Emma Clements of Wiseman Lee Solicitors, secures the acquittal of an allegation of fraud by an UBER driver alleged to have uploaded fraudulently altered insurance documents in order that he could accept bookings on the UBER app.
He was acquitted following a five day trial, the jury not satisfied that he was dishonest in allowing others to access his UBER account details in order to upload documents.
