Rushnay Sikander, instructed by Cotisens Solicitors, secured the acquittal of her client on two counts of sexual assault, following a 3 day trial at Basildon Crown Court.
Rushnay’s client was particularly vulnerable and denied the sexual allegations, stating that his accuser was acting out of malice for being a victim of fraud committed by him. Despite this, Rushnay’s client was unanimously acquitted within 60 minutes of deliberation on both counts with which he was charged.
