Rushnay Sikander, instructed by Walker Law, secured the acquittal of her client on one count of threatening with an article or blade, following a 3 day trial at Amersham Crown Court.
Rushnay successfully argued that her client acted in self-defence. Despite evidence of bad character, Rushnay was able to turn the jury’s attention away from her client’s previous knife offences and look at the lack of evidence in the Crown’s case.
