Shoba Aziz secures a Sexual Risk Order on behalf of vulnerable clients

Shoba Aziz, instructed by the commissioner of the Police of the Metropolis was successful in securing a Sexual Risk Order.

The respondent had a long history of offending and had the propensity to reoffend if the order was not granted.

Shoba’s cross examination of the experts was detailed and she made clear and persuasive oral submissions in court.

The Judge accepted her submissions and decided the order should be granted to protect vulnerable individuals from harm.
