Stefan Bisson, instructed by GT Stewart Solicitors, secures an acquittal for his client charged with s.18 GBH.
His client was accused of a joint enterprise GBH, along with two other Defendants, following an assault at Moorland prison in which the complainant suffered a serious facial wound from a bladed article. Following a 7 day trial at Doncaster Crown Court, the jury were unable to reach a verdict and the prosecution offered no further evidence.
