Stephen Akinsanya, instructed by Amosu Robinshaw, successfully mitigates at Croydon Crown Court in a case of perverting the course of public justice despite the weight of authorities indicating an immediate custodial sentence.
The presentation of his mitigation included a reference to the cases of ‘Chris Huhn and Vickie Pryce’, persuaded the Judge to take the unusual step of suspending the sentence.
